The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Peer Support Team (PST) was formed to provide knowledge, experience, as well as emotional, social, & practical help to all employees by functioning as a support and debriefing resource. The Peer Support Team consists of staff members specially trained in peer mentoring, listening, and counseling skills who provides support to employees and their families experiencing personal and work-related stress.

The VALOR Officer Safety & Wellness Program is dedicated to preventing injuries to and deaths of law enforcement officers and the people they serve and improving the health and resilience of officers by:
- Actively physically and mentally preparing law enforcement officers to remain vigilant while they protect and serve.
- Providing law enforcement officers with current and cutting-edge resources to encourage critical thinking in decision making about your safety and wellness.
